Job Summary

Nagarro is hiring a Staff Engineer (Full Stack) to lead architecture and delivery of large-scale digital product engineering projects. This senior role requires deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, microservices, cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and operational best-practices including CI/CD and container orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using .NET Core, WebAPI, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
  • Design microservices and event-driven architectures, choose appropriate messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
  • Lead technical design, code reviews, and mentor engineers across the team.
  • Drive CI/CD, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, QA and infra teams to ensure reliable delivery and production roll-outs.
