Job Summary
Nagarro is hiring a Staff Engineer (Full Stack) to lead architecture and delivery of large-scale digital product engineering projects. This senior role requires deep expertise in .NET Core, C#, microservices, cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and operational best-practices including CI/CD and container orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using .NET Core, WebAPI, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
- Design microservices and event-driven architectures, choose appropriate messaging (Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
- Lead technical design, code reviews, and mentor engineers across the team.
- Drive CI/CD, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) best practices.
- Collaborate with product, QA and infra teams to ensure reliable delivery and production roll-outs.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience (staff / senior engineering level).
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI and unit testing.
- Hands-on frontend skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/Azure preferred) and serverless technologies.
- Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus) and application security (OWASP).
- Strong problem solving, system design and communication skills.
Salary Structure
