Job Description
The Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Lead Analyst – C13 is a Vice President-level role at Citi, responsible for assessing outcomes from activities and processes against conformance with applicable requirements to strengthen risk management quality. This includes:
- Developing and executing monitoring and testing for controls, such as control design assessment and design of operational effectiveness for monitoring & testing tools.
- Conducting routine testing of internal activities and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and identifying areas of risk or non-compliance.
- Reviewing stakeholder/client feedback and responding to any quality assurance complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supporting quality testing performed for business function quality control and transformation lead quality control post completion of an activity/process.
- Supporting reporting on quality control outcomes and control effectiveness to top management and relevant stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest quality assurance testing tools and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in risk and control, supervision, quality assurance/control, and monitoring processes.
- Proficiency in risk-based audit approaches and core audit concepts.
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to produce written communications and verbal presentations suitable for a worldwide audience.
- Strong visual presentation skills to produce materials and decks that are easy to digest and understand.
- Proven experience in developing procedures and metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
