About the Role
Aufait Technologies is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to lead and manage UX design projects from concept to delivery. In this role, you will ensure alignment with business goals and user needs, mentor junior designers, and collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Advocate for best UX practices and maintain design consistency across projects.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX design, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and impactful UX solutions.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and creative mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Proficiency with UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing processes.
